Return Policy
La Maison New York accepts returns on unopened and unused products for 30 days after the order is received. However, all returns must be authorized in advance. To receive an authorization, please email us with your name, order number, the daytime phone number, along with the reason for the return. We reply to you with the return instructions within 48 hours.
If the product being returned has been used or opened, please provide the detailed reason for the return. We will try to accommodate return requests, however we reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange, or deny returns on opened and used products, especially those that have not been authorized in advance. The customer must cover all the cost of return shipping, unless the reason for the return is the result of errors by La Maison New York.
Please note that, for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on hairbrushes, toothbrushes, shaving tools or manicure/pedicure tools, even if they are not used.
